Undergraduate applicant days

Applied or holding an offer? Book your place on an undergraduate applicant day to learn more about the course you have applied for, explore accommodation options and get to know us better to make sure Âé¶¹AV is the right choice for you. Events are taking place in February, March and April. To book, you will need to enter your Âé¶¹AV student number (look out for this in our emails inviting you to book) and then the relevant campus and dates will show for you.

What to expect on the day

  • Explore your course – our interactive subject talks, tasters and demos will give you a taste for how your course is taught.
  • Chat to current students and academics on your course, and ask any questions about your subject and the Âé¶¹AV student experience.
  • Learn about our careers support, placements and how we’ll help you find work whilst studying through our Student Jobs Hub.
  • Take a tour of your campus, see specialist facilities you’ll use on your course and tour our on-campus halls of residence to see where you could be living.
  • Meet our advisers to ensure you are prepared to start with us – from admissions to student funding, housing to student advice, our teams are here to support you.
  • Meet with our student support services, disability and wellbeing teams, and find out more about the help available to all Âé¶¹AV students including through Âé¶¹AV Boost.
  • Meet other applicants planning to start with us in September.
  • Explore the city of Âé¶¹AV.

Travel support

All of our campuses are accessible by train, bus or bike. If you are visiting our Moulsecoomb or Falmer campuses, you can use our car parks for free:

  • all day until 8pm for Wednesday events
  • all weekend, from 5pm on Friday until 11.59pm on Sunday, for Saturday events.

Please be aware that there is no parking on our City campus but there are several public car parks available and Âé¶¹AV train station is a 10-15 minute walk.

Prefer to travel by coach? All visitors can : use code UNIBRIGHTON30 with National Express.
