Book your place on an online information and advice event

Join our online information and advice sessions and learn more about applying to university and student life.

Explore our talks and Q+A sessions covering a range of topics, including the application process, personal statement and interview advice, student funding and finance, and Clearing. These talks offer evidence‑informed and responsive guidance that ensures you receive the support needed to navigate complex choices and access meaningful opportunities.

Join our informative session for parents and carers to learn about choosing the right course and university, key application deadlines, and the UCAS process. We’ll also cover what universities look for in applications and provide practical advice on writing a strong personal statement that helps students showcase their strengths.

University Clearing is part of the UCAS application process. Whether your young person has changed their mind about what or where they want to study, didn’t get the grades they hoped to get, don’t have any offers, or haven’t applied yet, they can secure a university place through Clearing. Have your questions answered by staff and student ambassadors at our live talk and Q+A on Clearing at the Âé¶¹AV.
